Slow Flow
A gift from you to your body. A slow-moving reformer class that targets the full-body, focusing on balance & control while building strength and flexibility. A balanced workout that really starts to challenge how you use your core in relation to the resistance provided by the reformer. Leave feeling a sense of body awareness and control. A great class for beginners to build confidence and for those clients that enjoy a slower class.

Low Flow
It all begins with an intention to try! In a Low flow Class, no Prior pilates experience is required. When you get here, you will be safely guided through the beginning principals of Reformer Pilates movement.

Mid Tide
So you've done at least 15+ 'Low Flow' classes and or you have prior Reformer pilates experience you're then ready to enrol in our in our Mid Flow Class level. Here, you will be challenged to grow upon what you would have learned from attending Low Flow classes with the introduction of Medium advance Reformer Pilates movements!

Reformer Bootcamp
You have done at least 5+ Low Flow Classes. Get ready to have the duality of H.I.I.T. workout coupled with the Reformer as we go through a high flow of exercises and movements! Lets get that heart pumping with some cardio, weights, mat work and the Reformer! You leave feeling energized, because you just crushed a full body workout!

Mat Flow 1
Welcome to the mat! This mat-based Pilates workout focuses on core strength, flexibility and balance. Designed to get the body warm & the blood flowing, your core will feel the challenge as we build strength & endurance using your own body weight as resistance along with props to help sculpt the body. Mat flow always ends with a deep slow stretching series. A class for anyone looking to explore mat Pilates. The class is taught inddors and outdoors overlooking the Grand River, however, for the remainder of 2024, this class will be taught indoors.
